Marin MakerSpace strives to use the energy and vision of the Maker culture to create a community of empowered and creative Makers in Marin County, California. We've got tons of tools (3d printers, laser cutters, and lots more) and a bunch of friendly people who want to show off their projects and help you with yours. We also host periodic field trips and classes to help us learn new skills.
Marin MakerSpace seeks to create and sustain a friendly, open, community oriented organization and physical location for creative and technical experimentation to benefit the arts, sciences and culture of the people of Marin County and it’s surrounding areas. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Our long term goal is to establish our own location in Marin where we can share resources, tools, energy and enthusiasm, a space to play, to dream, to learn, to work, to inspire, and to collaborate with other like minded people. But until then, The Marin School has provided us with an awesome "clubhouse" for our group!

It's easy and affordable to become a member. You can visit of three times at no charge and after than we ask that you officially join the group and pay $10 per month. Family and yearly discounts are available. Both visitors and members must sign a liability waiver. Under the terms of our insurance, only paid members may use our tools.
